Hassan Ayariga blasts on Facebook over failed promise to build 1500-bed Hospital

Some sections of Ghanaians on social media have called on the founder and leader of the All Peoples Convention Hassan to provide a situational report on the hospital he promised to build in 2017.

These social media users have pulled up his post shared in 2017 promising that the 1500 bed hospital will be the second of its kind in the world.

The hospital according to Hassan Ayariga was going to be located at Haatso in West Legon and was going to provide better medical care for the people of Ghana.

It was expected that the multi-million dollars hospital will be operational in 2019, two years after work on the building begun.

Announcing this in a post shared on social media in 2017, Hassan Ayariga said “Dr. Hassan Ayariga has started a multi-million dollars hospital project for the people of Ghana at Hasto to support in the delivery of health care for the people of Ghana. The hospital project which is located at Haatso West Legon will occupy a five-acre of land, will be the second of it’s kind in the world and first in Africa. It will have over 1500 beds, It is estimated to be completed by 2019”.

But in 2021, reports indicate that not much has been done about the hospital that was supposed to be a second of its kind in the world.

No update has been provided about the work done so some users of Facebook have said that the man was engaged in public deceit.
