Akufo-Addo set up unremarkable execution in BBC interview – Ablakwa

North Tongu Individual from Parliament Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has said President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo performed ineffectively in his meeting with the BBC on Ghana’s economy.

Mr Ablakwa in a tweet said “So the Ghanaian citizen paid US$18,000 an hour for President Akufo-Addo to go set up such an unremarkable execution in that BBC meet with? What has been going on with the idea of significant worth for cash?”

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo in that meeting on Monday April 4 said in addition to other things that he doesn’t know about any economy all over the planet that is doing great amidst the Coronavirus pandemic and the international pressure among Russia and Ukraine.

Mr Akufo-Addo expressed economies all over the planet are on the whole battling inferable from these two primary variables.

He told the BBC’s Peter Okwoche that “we have likewise the chance to have enterprises set up not only for Ghana [but also] for the ECOWAS market and furthermore for the African market.

“We currently have an African Mainland Streamlined commerce Region arrangement which is up and working. Ghana is the doorway to its market of 1.2billion individuals. Envision the potential open doors that we are introducing.”
