Just In: 52-Yr-Old Man Arrested As NDLEA Discovers 101 Parcels Of Cocaine Hidden In Children’s Duvets At Lagos Airport

Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have accosted a Nigerian man known as Akudirinwa Hilary Uchenna, after 101 parcels of cocaine were found in eight children’s duvets
Akudirinwa Hilary Uchenna, 52, was a Brazilian returnee, who allegedly conveyed the illegal drug into Nigeria.
The PRO of NDLEA, Femi Babafemi, in a statement on Sunday, April 10, expressed that the suspect was arrested on Saturday, April 9 upon his return from Sao Paulo, Brazil at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos.
“The 101 parcels of the class A dr#g with a gross weight of 13.2 kilogram were recovered from his only check-in bag.
During the preliminary interview, Uchenna who claimed to be a carpenter confessed that he was “to be paid N5million for trafficking the dr#g after successfully delivering the consignment in Lagos,” the statement reads.
