I Paid TT’s Monthly Stipend Religiously – Henry Quartey Finally Reveals After TT’s Passing

The Greater Accra Regional Minister and member of parliament, Henry Quartey has revealed that he paid Psalm Adjeteyfio’s monthly stipend he promised religiously as opposed to what was speculated.

Before Psalm Adjeteyfio’s death, social media went rife after an audio surfaced online where he alleged that the regional minister only paid him one month stipend and that ended it. Many people believed and blasted the Regional Minister.

In contrast, Henry Quartey has said that “I was touched some time last year when he reached out for assistance. I moved to his aid with a token of my salary from Parliament to him every month, which I have been doing religiously until his untimely demise today”

“I sadly received news this morning of the demise of the venerable actor – Psalm Adjeteyfio, popularly known as Theophilus Tei – TT of ‘Taxi Driver’ fame.

Undoubtedly, his professional prowess as a fine actor contributed immensely to the creative act industry, and made him an icon of entertainment nationwide to many who experienced his generation.

I was touched some time last year when he reached out for assistance. I moved to his aid with a token of my salary from Parliament to him every month, which I have been doing religiously until his untimely demise today.

I extend my heartfelt condolence to his immediate family and all his well wishers.”
