Hon Carlos Ahenkorah, Tema West MP, explained why he seized the ballot papers from the possession of the NDC and, according to him, his action followed after former Asawase MP Alhaji Mohammed Mubarak Muntaka first removed the ballot box and seized some NPP MPs’ ballot papers during the vote of the new parliamentary speaker and it happened 3 times.
