According to the Organiser of the Association, Mr. Eric Frimpong, the members of the association have freely provided water to the people after the President’s Nana Akuffo Addo announces an initiative of free water during the Covid 19 pandemic which they have fulfilled it by supplying free water to the people of Chiraa and other communities but their monies have not been paid to them since July this year and are prepared to demonstrate within this week for their unpaid money due them.

He added that, the Sunyani West Assembly has done nothing by helping in the payment of their money they own the members of the association.

They are therefore appealing to the President Nana Akuffo Addo as matter of urgency to listen to their plea to pay them within this week else they will demonstrate against the government.
