A pair of gay male penguins at a Dutch zoo, who made headlines last year when they stole an egg from a straight couple, has struck again and stolen the nest of a lesbian couple this time.

The zookeeper in charge, Sander Drost, told Dutch News that the homosexual penguins have been taking turns sitting on the eggs t keep them warm. Drost said, however, that the eggs are likely unfertilized as they were laid by a lesbian penguin couple, and so will not hatch.

Last November, the penguin couple stole an egg from a straight couple who let their guard down. The egg did not hatch and the gay couple is yet to raise a chick together.
